Mr. Steve started his career with the Grant Thornton Malaysia, later Ernst & Young Malaysia and KPMG Singapore, later back to Grant Thornton Malaysia, was promote as Partner and assumed the role of one of audit group head.
Over the years, he had been involved in providing assurance services to a wide range of clients, from small local entrepreneurs to large multinational companies, as well as companies listed on Malaysia Stock Exchange and Overseas Stock Exchange, across the industries such as manufacturing, trading, stock broking, assets management, construction, property development, government agency, information technology, etc.
He also has undertaken financial due diligence review, special investigations, listing exercise and corporate exercise varying from acquisition, domestic or foreign based initial public offering.
Mr. Steve is a member of the Public Practice Committee of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and also a member of the Public Practice Committee of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Benson has more than 10 years of experience in assurance, listing, business advisory work and technical in audit and assurance. He has undertaken audits for companies listed on Bursa Securities Berhad and also been involved due diligence review and corporate exercises involving review of profit/cash flow forecast and preparation of Accountants Report. He handles both local and international companies covering a broad spectrum of industries such as property development, constructions, technology, manufacturing, trading, retailing, food and beverages, property asset management, leisure and hospitality and others.
Besides statutory audits, Benson was also involved in consultation and provision of technical support on audit and assurance to the auditors, firms audit policies implementation, internal quality control review, liaising with the regulators and more.
He is currently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Ms Wong has over 20 years of experience in audit, finance, and advisory. She began her career in public practice with Khoo Wong & Chan and later Ernst & Young (Malaysia and Singapore), gaining exposure to statutory and special-purpose audits across various industries, including public-listed companies.
She subsequently transitioned into commercial roles, holding key finance positions at BP Asia Pacific (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Focus Point Holdings Berhad, where she supported the group’s IPO process. She later joined Opus Group Berhad and continued with UEM Edgenta Berhad following the group’s amalgamation, progressing to Head of Finance Operations (Asset Consultancy). In this role, she led finance functions covering group reporting, project accounts, budgeting, taxation, corporate finance, treasury, and team leadership across multiple business units.
In 2017, Ms Wong founded WPM Corporate Services Sdn Bhd and later co-founded Ace Alpine Advisory Sdn Bhd in 2019, providing accounting, tax, advisory, and corporate secretarial services.
